Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all organic cotton products are protected from moisture and dust.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items for quality, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
